We aim to have your order sent to you within 1-2 working days from the time of order.

International Postage

If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. You will pay the overseas freight charge including any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will provide a customised quote with each item prior to sale. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. We use Interparcel as our service provider. Interparcel introduce to us the cheapest options with each courier and compares the pricing to ship.

Tracking your order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Returns Policy
If you’re unhappy with an item you’ve received, we can still help. Simply return it within 10 days of receipt, and email us to initiate the process.

Returns and Exchanges
Online purchases can only be returned by post.

 Exchanges: Store credit is issued for exchanges and is available for all products, including sale and promotional items, provided the item is in its original condition and returned within 10 days of purchase.
Refunds: Refunds are offered for faulty or damaged products that cannot be repaired. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging.

Special Orders
Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless deemed faulty. Autograph Alley reserves the right to deny refunds or credits if the returned goods are not in the specified condition. Original shipping and handling charges are non- refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Pick up may be available upon request. Please ask.
